"Steaming The Rails" Train Excursion

All aboard "Steaming the Rails," a train ride from Tunkhannock to Jim Thorpe. Tickets are $69.00 per person. Payments by cash, check or money order are excepted. (no credit cards) Each rider, regardless of age must have a ticket. Tickets by ADVANCE PURCHASE ONLY…no sales the day of trip. For the past two years this fundraiser has sold out. There is limited seating available, first come, first served. Passengers have 3 hours of free time in historic Jim Thorpe rain or shine. The train departs from Riverside Park, Tunkhannock at 9:00 am and the train returns to Tunkhannock at approx. 8:00 pm. Directions to boarding site (Riverside Park, Tunkhannock), parking and details of the trip will be provided with the tickets.
Tickets can be picked up at the United Way office at 119 Warren Street, Tunkhannock or they can be mailed.
Train runs rain or shine. All sales are final… No refunds.
The Reading & Northern RR is a Smoke Free environment.
There is no smoking aboard the train or on railroad property.
THE RAILROAD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE MOTIVE POWER AS REQUIRED
